Developing a product for a Planner Management Tool will serve as the central repository for offline planners that provides visibility and collaboration to manufacturers and retailer promotional plans. Solution involves managing workflow via Quickbase, supported by master data integrated through API calls from GenWeb, and document storage using Azure Blob Storage. Objective is take the 500 business manager’s client promotional planners currently stored on desktops and multiple SharePoint sites and have the business utilize a central repository to store these documents. The outcome: Delivery lead that took over as Product Owner in Sprint Planner & Resource Management Tool. Produced a Resource Management application which integrated with Acosta’s trade promotion application. Partnered with an offshore development company that produced a standardized planning process which simplified the workflow and improved quality, task routing/management, and execution accuracy while driving efficiency for on and off-shore operations. Developed a Head Quarter Sales CRM application on the Salesforce platform. Constructed the requirements and design taking business processes by company divisions and developed the functional design. Lead the functional engagement with a consultant firm to develop custom code where configuration could not be met. Managed the QA and UAT validation and assisted in the deployment and training of the solution.
