As a host it's my main responsibility to make people feel as welcome as possible. Here I am able to gather over 30 people weekly to play volleyball, and the experiences they have is everything between semi-pro, to beginner.

After being back for half a year, I was asked if I wanted to continue my internship here. I took the offer to me, and decided to continue the internship here.

Soon after the internship I transferred back to my previous workplace.

Soon after christmas I was offered an internship, though it didn't last for too long I still learnt a lot here with sales.

I have been working in Bilka as a service assistant since December of 2018. I have been everything from cashier, customer service assistant, floor manager, mascot to event planner.

Hadsten

As a scout leader I was responsible for executing weekly meetings with 2nd to 3rd graders with the help of my fellow leaders. Here I was able learn how to organize teams based on skill set, and compatibility. It was also here I learnt youth to youth teaching. As we grew older, the more responsible we got for the younger ones in the group, this meant we had to go in the front, and show how things were done, and most importantly teach them meanwhile.

I worked besides school and Bilka as a "christmas" helper for 2 months. It was a great experience to be able to work in a new team and I felt better suited for customer contact afterwards. It differentiated from my usual work in Bilka as I had to be on the floor, and was having a closer connections to the customers, rather than having a desk between them and me.
