Oversees Knowledge Quest H20 (Home Health Opportunity) Implementation Strategy and related two-generation program methodology to focus on its mission to transform lives by changing minds. Leadership of family focused teams and ensuring outcomes and deliverables are met by both Knowledge Quest and contracted partner organizations. Role of public relations and sustainability efforts, serving as a key liaison with local, state, and federal government points of contact. Ensures approved Home Builders Institute (HBI) curriculum is delivered in a professional manner. Works to increase sustainable funding is in place for programs and future growth. Provides oversight of financial business of operations. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with TBEF board members, elected officials on all levels, government officials whose positions have influence on the delivery of the curriculum for construction trades. Educational officials at all levels including local school boards, school staff and technical colleges. Home Builders Association (HBA) across TN and Chapters of NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) related to not-for-profit organizations. Ecosystem alliances with granting foundations, donors and construction industry. Plans, develops and implements programs to ensure that goals and objectives as identified in strategic plan are carried out successfully.

Strategic leadership of TeamWorks department as part of Agape Powerlines Community Network (PCN). Lead all relevant matters focusing on post-secondary education and employment. Serves as liaison between business and education community. As TeamWorks Director responsible to leveraging existing resources of college and career readiness, employment and career advancement toward achievement of goals and objectives. Lead strategic direction, data and information as appropriate for systems, policy development and decision making purposes. In addition, partnership with local Workforce Investment Network (WIN) and other workforce development ecosystem partners to mobilize business to inform economic development and prioritize support for education to empower individuals in communities to become empowered and self-sufficient.
