Leader in the execution of establishing and maintaining current partner and potential partner relationships; presents and sells association programs, solutions and sponsorship; develops and maintains close relations with assigned Corporate Partners in order to meet their business objectives more efficiently, creates effective and persuasive presentations, proposals and contracts; works closely with marketing to develop new leave-behind product(s), newsletters and advertising materials.

Established selling strategies and tactics that resulted in new account generation; scheduled and completed weekly prospecting activities to include cold calling and territory blitzing; ensured the successful installation and transition of accounts to the service team for accurate and timely completion of all contracts; analyzed prospective customer’s needs and met those needs via solution-based proposals and negotiations.

Served as the Strategic Area Sales Manager responsible for the selling of Michelin products to and through strategic customers (BJ’s, Costco, Sam’s Club, Sears and Wal-Mart) in the Southeast Region of the US (North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia; segments of Maryland, Georgia and Tennessee). Goals were accomplished through executing sales calls, training forums (with 50+ participants) and special events.
