I am a Human Resources professional, with an Industrial/Organizational focused undergraduate education from Portland State University. I come from a non-profit management background. A large part of my experience comes from managing College Programs within the non-profit higher education sector. I have also successfully completed the CEPE Human Resources Management Certificate Program from Portland State University. The foundation of everything I do stems from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Everyday, my goal is to help to enhance company culture and increase employee engagement and satisfaction. I am a change maker and skilled in creating and advising on DEIB initiatives with several years of experience doing audits and consulting. I thrive in developing of processes, policies, and procedures and am strengthening my people analytics skills to better aid in reporting and analyzing trends within the organization.In my current role as HR Business Partner, I get use my analytical thinking skills and passion for innovation to create and align HR and leadership goals with company goals while leading the inclusion initiative here at Mallory. I am thrilled to support the fastest growing safety and industrial supply distribution company in the nation.Beyond my role, I am a Portland foodie, dog mom, Board member and Hiring committee chair at Passion Impact, volunteer at Brown Hope and lead Hikes with Wild Diversity!
