Information Technology Manager – Managing all IT Support needs for FQHC Family Medical Practice & Urgent Care Center, with focus on Electronic Medical Record Systems, desktop support, medical systems & applications, workflow analysis and enhancements, and more:• Mission Critical support of NextGen Medical Record Systems, providing all levels of EHR, Practice Management, EDR support to all clinic staff; including medical workflows, reporting, updates & upgrades, Patient Portal, training, troubleshooting & problem resolution. • Providing critical oversite to clinic objectives, to insure NextGen workflows, reports, and vendor partnerships are correctly aligned: to meet UDS and HERSA requirements, clinical certifications, grant funding, HIE, and compliance to local, state, and federal guidelines, and more.• Provide first level Hardware and desktop support for entire clinic, which also includes medical software applications, integration with remote server systems, X-ray systems, web-based data exchange, IP phone systems, and more.• Facilities Management for all facilities, including upgrades and improve clinic data-communication infrastructure, safety and disaster preparedness, facility remodeling, and more.
