Worked to migrate OfficeMax contract customers to OfficeDepot purchasing and fulfillment platforms. Partnered cross functionally with Sales and Finance to identify risks/concerns with customer and then coordinated with our internal supply chain (transportation, order management, warehouse, etc) to establish awareness and identify efficient processes to meet customer needs.In addition, served as Business Owner and Product Owner for scrum team to successfully migrate a number legacy OfficeMax programs that served as a sales differentiation. Worked hand in hand with IT to ensure proper requirements for program enhancements as part of migration.

Worked with OfficeDepot vendors to heighten awareness and remove roadblocks surrounding product availability and on-time delivery. In addition, led the initiative to merge and migrate Vendor Performance programs from OfficeMax to OfficeDepot in coordination with the overall Supply Chain consolidation as part of OfficeDepot/OfficeMax merger.
