My role as a Mortgage and Protection consultant for countrywide is as varied as it is intricate.On a day to day basis I run my own portfolio of clients keeping in regular contact and establishing their needs ready for when they are ready to move forwards.I deal with all types of mortgage product including but not limited too the following: • Mortgage applications (FTB, Home Movers and Remortgages) • Life assurance. • Income protection. • Specialist Mortgages including LTD Companies & HMO BTL's • Building & Contents insurance. • RIOWhat sets me apart is my experience in telesales and telephone advice, I draw on this daily both to create new business and establish current clients needs.Appointments can be conducted purely via phone from anywhere in the country creating a more flexible ensuring clients can spend time discussing their needs not travelling to my office.By using several CRM systems alongside “Mortgage Brain Anywhere” the correct solution is sourced with in depth conversations held both in person and remotely.In addition I am very familiar with both Outlook and DocuSign, one of the most prominent remote signature systems around.The role is to find out what people need and guide them to the right solution, this is impossible without first building a clear rapport and creating a suitable environment for them to work in. My years in both B2C and B2C roles have helped me hone this to such a stage my customers always feel safe and secure.
