From working with Fortune 100 companies with multinational tech consulting giant Accenture to forming Dash Advantage to work with small business and nonprofit organizations after Hurricane Katrina, I have worked to leave the world a better place for members of marginalized and underrepresented groups. I have experience working with a variety of organizations including educational institutions from "diapers to diplomas." I've been told I bring joy, passion and a unifying and focused perspective to any engagement. I especially love leveraging my knowledge of pop culture to translate complex and diverse ideas to a great cross section of our society through speaking engagements and facilitation.I'm proud to have earned my B.S. in Management (with concentrations in Information Systems and Human Resources) from Case Western Reserve University and my MBA from Western Governors University. I currently serve on several non-profit boards, including as President of the Center for Ethical Living and Social Justice Renewal and as Treasurer of Louisiana Center for Children's Rights. Additionally, I am a Trainer with the People's Institute for Survival and Beyond and a Featured Speaker with the Silverback Society.
