Apply business, accounting, finance and analytical acumen to various client situations and practice disciplines including, but not limited to: conduct due diligence on balance sheet and profit and loss statement items, review/analyze financial statements and projections, assessing business plans, financial modeling and create work product that is flexible, understandable and usable by others.Review detailed working paper records reflecting assumptions, methodologies and sources of information employed during the performance of all analytical tasks.Assist with preparation and review of draft written analyses, presentations, quantitative exhibits and other reports for third parties, findings and/or results of activities.Identify, research, and organize information to assess appropriateness/sufficiency of such to facilitate effective data access and analysis.Exposure to various lending institutions, investment firms and financing instruments including ABL, cash flow and securitization arrangements.

•Test collateral for value, validity, and accuracy of reporting through the use of various industry-standard workpapers•Analyze accounts receivable, inventory trends, and financial reports•Evaluate and report material changes in operating performance and/or balance sheet status•Assess borrower’s overall systems and records and identify any areas of potential exposure•Review loan documentation and procedures for adherence to the Loan Agreement•Communicate with supervisors and bank personnel throughout engagements to keep parties apprised of any material events•Assist in training of new field examiners and interns as required
