I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to turn outreach and meetings into meaningful relationships and business opportunities.Recognizing that this was a common issue, I dedicated myself to making "sales" accessible to people who are not natural salespeople. I got a Masters in Psychology to better understand the personas and behaviors that deepen human connections. I conducted extensive research to inform our business development curriculum for professional services firms. My team developed the PipelinePlus app, designed specifically for service providers and entrepreneurs who struggle with the heavy lifting of CRM, helping them develop more business from the short list of people who matter most. Today, I'm a sought-after business development thought leader with over two decades of experience pioneering revenue acceleration programs for hundreds of professional services firms worldwide. Our training programs have been profiled in multiple business journals, The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, and many other media. Our PipelinePlus app helps users worldwide easily keep track of their most important contacts, advance their key relationships, take action at the right time, and get unstuck when they encounter obstacles. The app has won numerous awards and was named among the NLJ's "Technologies on the Rise."In addition to my work with PipelinePlus, I'm a sought-after keynote speaker at partner retreats and industry conferences. I've served as a guest lecturer at USC's Marshall School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, and the UCLA School of Law. I'm also the author of the upcoming book, The Short List, published by Greenleaf Publishing Group.Outside of my work in business development, I'm also passionate about mentoring and education. I've been a mentor through the Big Brothers & Sisters organization for over eight years. I co-founded Voices in Harmony, a mentoring organization that worked with at-risk youth around the globe. I co-produced and appeared in the documentary film, After Kony: Staging Hope, which helped raise awareness and funds for health and education in underserved Northern Ugandan communities.My education includes a Master's in Psychology from USM and a degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
