In my current role at TechnologyOne, I am heavily focused on the evolution and continuous improvement of our groundbreaking SaaS Plus offering, together with delivering a Compelling Customer Experience across all Service and Delivery functions.Growing up in country NSW, I made it my mission to experience and work in new and exciting locations across the globe. Throughout my career I have worked and lived in Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, the UAE, and South Africa, which provided a wide breadth of experiences enabling me to develop an extensive skillset, together with shaping me into the leader I am today. As EVP - Customer Experience, I currently lead a dedicated team delivering all customer-facing services across Industry Solutions, Consulting, AMS, Support, and Customer Success.
