Worked closely with a team of strong knowledgeable women to plan and execute events to involve and empower other students, especially women. Met weekly to plan successful events:- Kick This Year's Bucket - A way for students to get to know our club and create bucket list goals to achieve during their first year at Guelph!- Fall Girl Walk - A walk with our team through the Arboretum where students could take a study break and enjoy hot chocolate and yummy treats!- Brewing Conversations - A coffee style chat aiming to engage students and have hard conversations to promote growth as women especially in the business field.- International Women's Day: Pursuing Perseverance - A night of empowering guest speakers who spoke about their journey as a women and any challenges they faced. A lot of networking, food and goodie bags as well!

- Worked closely with a team and independently to create graphic promotions for the LSA Instagram and LinkedIn. - Ensured that all designs were exceeding expectations while completing them in a timely manner. - Collaborated with other portfolios to understand project requirements, goals and timelines.- Oversaw design process from start to finish to ensure that all designs were meeting brand guidelines and task requirements. - Stayed up to date with design trends, and made changes and recommendations to designs to improve final product.

- Collaborated with my team to plan and execute campaign initiatives as well as promotional and communication strategies. - Wrote content for monthly Newsletters, emails, websites, social media and print materials.- Analyzed campaign data to measure effectiveness of communication and promotional strategies, as well as suggest improvements to be made.- Helped film impact videos while working with my team to visit different organizations that we help fund to hear their stories. - Planned and executed a student campaign at the University of Guelph to engage students and inspire them to become more involved in the community. - Ran many initiatives such as a Walking Tour down town Guelph, Flashback to the 80's Prom event for the Women United Club, ran a bottle drive in Guelph where we raised $200, ran a student trivia night at Brass Taps where we raised $500.- Ran a wellness themed office campaign. Hosted pumpkin carving, therapy dog visits, pottery painting, and presentations to raise money in our office to be donated to United Way Guelph.

- Trained with mock cases to prepare for DECA Case competitions- Competed in two case competitions in the Marketing Management and Food and Hospitality category.- Was given a business issue to analyze in 15 minutes and to present independently - Presented business plan to a panel of judges in a professional manner and used persuasive communication skills.
