Defined and managed the entire process from end user insight generation, testing, and verification translation to product development and launch. Products I worked on include Philips Halogena, Philips DuraMax and an integrated halogen spot within a recessed downlight.Leveraging end user research, I spearheaded a program that identified areas of opportunity to help introduce our LED lighting into the Consumer lighting market. This early LED research ultimately resulted in the launch of the Philips Hue consumer lighting product.I strengthened the clarity of consumer insights by identifying the core needs and values in the market and built new packaging/messaging offering around those needs.
