-Successfully Managed a team of 5 HSE officers to deliver a Distribution center for a major Multinational FMCG company with Zero LTI.- Ensured that the construction Site's OHSMS passed an audit by ERM (Environmental Resources Management)

• Successfully managed a team of nine (9) Health Safety Environment Inspectors to Patrol the Site and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions on the 300 million dollars, 121,000 square meters Fabrication and.
• Delivered a Fire Risk Assessment of the buildings in the Fabrication yard (office block, Warehouse, Assembly shop, Painting and Blasting shop).
• Created a Fire Safety Plan for the 121,000 square meters Fabrication and Integration Yard to international standards.
• Successfully carried out the HSE supervision of the assembling of two (2) 750 ton Manitowoc Crawler Lattice Cranes, lifting and installation of two (2) 30tons SWL and two (2) 80tons SWL overhead cranes, and a 70ton SWL.

• Assisted in the successful piecemeal demolition of the roof and the top floor, lifting and coupling of the steel members for the penthouse, first fix and second fix of all electrical installations while employing safe.
• Carried out a Health and Safety Risk assessment of the Construction Site utilizing knowledge gained from the NEBOSH International Construction Certificate Training and compiled a report to management in partial.

• Developed detailed design drawings of residential and commercial buildings, highways and bridges for the company’s major construction projects
