For the 11 years ending in 2016 I was ranked as the #1 US Government Bond Strategist by Institutional Investor in their annual survey and have been #1 in Technical Analysis for the five years ending in 2016. I publish commentary daily and weekly that's sent to well over 3,000 institutional professionals. I'm frequently quoted in the financial media and spend a good deal of time and effort in presenting my ideas to institutional clients.I'm keen to expand into investment advisory role, investment policy function, perhaps as an 'outside' director in conjunction with my strategy role. With utter honesty, no apologies, and a keen sense of both the markets and the business, I have updated this with the understanding that the US Treasury business isn't what it used to be and the role of the dealer community -- though not its strategists -- has diminished dramatically. There, I felt it, a twinge of fear.
