May 19 was a major change in my life when I suffered a Heart Attack at Stansted Airport retuning from an Italian Holiday. This led me to education on why this happened and how it could of been prevented if different choices had been made over the past 5, 10, 15, 20 years. These choices would have been easier if I had the knowledge of what was going on inside while not having health issues.
