Assigned to U.S. Strategic Command as the Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the USSTRATCOM J2 Intelligence Directorate Senior Enlisted Leader. I augment the J2 SEL in leading more than 300 multiservice active duty military and civilian personnel and serve as the Reserve SEL for the J2. I serve as an administer of the USSTRATCOM Reserve Intelligence Program, leading approximately 250 Air Force, Army, Marine Corps and Navy intelligence and support specialists at four locations across the continental United States. I work closely with the Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element JRISE directors and SELs to ensure a robust and trained reserve enlisted force.I provide advice and counsel to the J2 directorate senior staff members, and to JRISE leaders on all reserve enlisted matters to include reserve leadership, management, policy issues, assignments, promotions, training, career growth, performance management, personnel and resource utilization, morale and, quality of life concerns. I am responsible for the proper review, coordination, and quality control of enlisted awards and decorations recommendations.

Monitors and manages combat and reserve readiness of 60+ squadron personnel. Liaises with command and training unit leadership to advise on effectiveness of RC-135 training programs. Advises unit commander on the health and readiness of enlisted personnel for intelligence operations. Tasked to be ready for deployment in response to world-wide operational needs.

I supervise the collection, analysis and dissemination of signals intelligence. I perform duties as an airborne collection manager and senior cryptologic authority on the RC-135 aircraft. I coordinate ISR tasking and mission activities with the crew and direct the release of time-sensitive reports to theater customers. I manage a team of highly skilled linguists and signals operators for real-time exploitation of signals intelligence.
