Over the past eight years, tutoring has allowed me to support students, parents, and teachers from Kindergarten through Professional Development. My diverse educational background and skill set allows me to support students from a wide range of grade levels, aptitudes, and subjects.- As a private education contractor, I tutor elementary through professional students in Language Arts, Mathematics, and Social Studies. My specialties are in Mathematics and Business. - Developing personalized strategies while equipping students to master the material, gain independence, develop confidence, and achieve excellence.- Past students have become entrepreneurs, and all of them graduated from our sessions to become more independent and confident in the subject matter that I provided tutoring support- 93% of my tutoring students show a two or three letter-grade improvement through our tutoring partnership

In 2014 and 2019, I covered classrooms from Grade 2 to High School. Some of my accomplishments include:-Implementing regular classroom instructor’s protocols, routines, and lesson plans as a Guest Teacher for Grades 3 through 12. -Executing Mathematics, English, and Social Studies classroom objectives at Jack Swigert, Mann, Sabin, Holmes, and Jenkins Middle Schools.-Demonstrating proficiency in all Elementary School subjects including Reading, Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.-Attaining knowledge and fluency through exposure to Pearson Mathematics curriculum.- Acquiring educational experience in Grades 3 through High School as an Emergency Substitute.

The diocese and its parishes provide religious education and formation to more then 9,259 studentsAs a Guest Teacher for the Diocese of Colorado Springs, I provided three schools, Divine Redeemer, Corpus Christi, and St. Paul's with seamless support working with students ranging from 2nd to 8th Grade. - Executed classroom management strategies while following regular classroom teacher’s lesson plans and objectives. - Facilitated Reading, Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Daily Five, and Specialized Courses using Core Knowledge Sequence as an Elementary Substitute. - Furnished educational support for Middle School Grades 6 – 8 in Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Spanish Disciplines.

Harrison School District 2 (HSD2) in Colorado Springs is a 26- school, 11,708 student school district that strives to, "graduate college- and career-ready students with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors to personally succeed and contribute to the common good".In my three and a half year affiliation with HSD2, I demonstrated flexibility and willingness to grow through opportunities as a Paraprofessional, Long-term 8th Grade Math Teacher, and Math Interventionist. Networking proved to be my greatest asset as I developed key relationships with elementary and middle school personnel, in addition, to teaching classes from Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
