The Board of Commissioners of Delaware County, Ohio appointed 25 community leaders to look at long-range capital planning. The name arose from both the long-range vision and the planning period through 2020.This group of elected officials and private citizens voted David Eby Chair and Larry Cline Vice-Chair. This evolved into two Co-Chairs.
