With a team of developers and data analysts, I am responsible for the development of monitoring and reporting applications for the main Toll Service Provider for heavy duty vehicles in Belgium. We design and implement innovative solutions to help operations, but also the management and top management drive the business.

As a senior Engineer, I provide Worlwide assistance on various Oracle Communications product, including the Call Control solution, the Prepaid Rating and Charging solution "NCC", but also the Oracle Postpaid billing solution 'BRM".I share my knowledge with my team mates, informally on the job, but also more formally through trainings I provided locally and abroad.As a senior Oracle Network Charging and Control engineer, I am also involved in proactive projects, member of a transversal team of Managers and Senior Engineers at the Global Business Unit level. Our goal is ultimately finding ways to improve our Customer Satisfaction.I am also responsible of the NCC product Knowledge Group and make sure unknown issues are properly documented, but also making sure we reach a high level of professionalism of our Support Engineer publications.

I was the operational manager and technical coordinator of the 2nd level Support team in Belgium. Making sure we deliver a high quality Support Service. I cooperate with other local Team Leaders and is actively involved in improving our Support processes as our customer base expands. Reporting to a remote manager, I am also responsible of the local team management, performing yearly evaluations, career development and recruitment.

In addition to my Support Engineer responsibilities, I participate in knowledge creation, global team up-skill and coaching.I set up and manage Support test environments.

Provide Support on the eServGlobal Call Control and Prepaid Charging solution for European and APAC telecommunication providers.I ensure 100% service continuity, diagnose root cause of malfunctions to identify the most appropriate solutions. I report software faults to the development team and I am resonsible of the delivery and application of the solution provided within the agreed Service Leval Agreement.I participate to testing of Software Maintenance Releases prior delivery to our customers.
