Millian Aire provides Residential HVAC services throughout the Tampa Bay region and provides commercial HVAC services across the United States. Millian Aire offers installation, preventative maintenance and on demand services to all of its customers.

Optimized and leveraged to its fullest our pay for skill program that resulted in higher skilled workers that were highly engaged and ultimately reduced our payroll expenses. Responsible for overall project management, contract negotiations and IT solution design for Valpak's $220 Million project to reinvent their manufactuing operations. The team started with a blank sheet of paper and we were tasked to find a new way to produce the Valpak envelope with the ultimate goal of reducing our cost of goods sold. As a team we designed a solution, obatin approval from the Cox Enterprise board for the $220 Million investment and then implemented the solution that included a complex integration of equipment, systems, a building and organizational design efforts. Total project took about 4 years from concept to opening. Overall project had a 7 year payback period.
