In cooperation with all departments in a company that produces excavators and loaders I have analysed a wide array of risks, opportunities and issues (business, operational and compliance). I used my analytical skillset and communication skills to structure the unstructured. I have redesigned organizational processes and introduced risk-based decision making. On top of this, I managed several team members with specialist focal areas (Product regulation, Health & Safety, Environment and Legal).
