My career has rewarded me with continuous challenge and learning. After graduating from McMaster University, I spent a decade as an engineer at Mitel, DEC, and Gennum, doing integrated circuit assembly process development and technical support. In my second decade, I shifted into international sales and marketing, mainly of specialty signal processor ICs, as an account manager and group manager at Gennum, then TASK and DSPfactory. In my third decade, I started and ran my own company, Lumacraft, which began as a portrait studio and evolved into a marketing media production studio. As I embark on decade four of my working life, I seek new opportunities that will enable me to apply all of the wide ranging knowledge and skills that I have acquired across those varied roles.
