Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is where I apply my creative and passionate skills as a hiring manager. With a B.A. in art and design from Academy of Art University and an A.A.S. in applied science, I design and implement innovative hiring strategies and tools, such as online assessments, video interviews, and gamified simulations, to attract and select the best talent for the company.I also coach and empower potential and existing employees to achieve their career goals, by providing them with training, feedback, and support. I have successfully hired and trained multiple plumbers, technicians, and customer service representatives, increasing the retention rate and customer satisfaction of the company.
