I began my career in the staffing industry 23 years ago. Over the years I've worked as Recruiter, Account Manager, and Sales Manager, and have learned a lot about the intricacies of the staffing industry from the bottom up. I work hard to build a reputation for success, and deliver high-quality IT staffing services to some of the country's most reputable companies. I joined Dotcom Team as VP of Technology with the intent to deliver direct, personalized services in the face of an increasingly impersonal marketplace. I strongly believe that, though the pressure to commoditize the placement of human capital is real, staffing any position of importance requires integrity and a passion for building relationships.I grew up in Mattapoisett, MA and am a two-time graduate from Providence College where I received my BA and MBA. I am blessed to be married to an incredible woman and blessed with three incredible kids. I love boating, am an avid skier and am involved in my parish community as a confirmation faith formation teacher and eucharistic minister.

Vice President, Contract Technology
Responsible for reinvigorating a contract technology staffing organization. Downsized and right sized staff, hired and trained recruiting and sales associates, established sales, recruiting and operational best-practices and SOP's. Working with the Director of Recruiting, rebuilt the technology staffing team from 3 to 15 core team members, and increased sales from $6.9 million to $22 million over 6 years.As a lead-by-example manager I developed a consistent $6 million personal desk and trained and mentored top-producing sales reps to similar production levels. Emphasizing high-quality staffing services, I re-organized the technology divisions account base to cohesive industry verticals in health care (clinical and payer), higher education, financial services and tech sector.Most importantly I oversaw the development of a team-centered staffing organization that exuded integrity and respect with a customer-first approach to staffing.
