I have spent the past 30+ years in thin gauge Thermoforming. My machine experience ranges from Sencorp, Lyle, Armac, and Zed machines, both utilizing In-line and Trim N Place process. I have held the positions of Supervisor, Production Manager, and Plant Manager. I have implemented pricing models, design and fabrication of new projects, along with the implementation of numerous operational, safety, quality, and training programs. I have experience with Lean Manufacturing (5s, Kanban, etc.).
