As the Director of Marketing Operations, I was responsible for managing projects, budgets and timelines; as well as for monitoring, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives and programs. I led a team of project, event, and social media managers to ensure accountability and quality delivery. I delivered key insights and recommendations to optimize the performance of our team and the effectiveness of our marketing programs and campaigns.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Oversee brand and marketing strategy for all product and service offerings.• Provide leadership for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.• Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, quality and other performance indicators, and report to executive leadership.• Maximize program, project and campaign effectiveness through the development of clear process guidelines, role assignments, accountability metrics and measures of success.• Assist with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all external consultants or vendors.• Develop strategies for social media engagement and growth.• Align and prioritize projects with existing or future campaigns.• Connect, engage, understand and collaborate with our diverse internal and external audiences.
