As the Director of Marketing Operations, I was responsible for managing projects, budgets and timelines; as well as for monitoring, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives and programs. I led a team of project, event, and social media managers to ensure accountability and quality delivery. Led the brand and marketing strategy efforts which included product marketing, product launches, brand messaging, collateral creation, presentation development, digital content creation, email marketing, demand generation, event management, social media management, and budget management.

Managed the events team and led the efforts of all event and sponsorship activity of the company. Executed over 400 events per year. Events included large tradeshows, educational meetings and small vendor booths. Oversaw the design of booth property and promotional swag.
