Was thrilled to be able to take a year sabbatical after 26 years of church and foreign mission ministry. The time was spent with my wife to seek, learn, grow, heal and pursue God's call so that we knew with confidence where he wanted us to spend our next season of life. This sabbatical took us to Spain, Morocco, Denmark and back again to Wisconsin where we launched a non-profit ministry called Grace Adventure. At Grace Adventure we come alongside ministry couples and help them enjoy a life of grace and adventure in Jesus.

I had the honor and joy of searching for, identifying and hiring the best applicants to fill job openings at our client’s organizations. Skills used: cold-calling, building trust in relationships with potential candidates and clients, attention to detail, scheduling and performing interviews, web postings and searches, Linkedin recruiting, consulting with candidates regarding job searching, interviewing and communication skills.

Was privileged to work alongside some of the finest servant-leaders in the world. Led worship at missions conferences across North America and abroad, wrote and spoke about worship and missions (later to become known as the field of ethnodoxology). During this time founded Worship To The Nations which later became Worship From the Nations - both ministries of PIONEERS. Moved to Budapest, Hungary in 1999 (see experience under Worship From the Nations).

• Recruited and managed a multinational team of 10 adults and 10 children.• Wrote and presented 47 seminars at 28 international and North American events over eight years.• Created 7 multimedia resources (2 mimes, 1 musical drama production, 3 videos and 1 recording) to help 3 Hungarian churches. The performances were viewed by over 2000 young people and their families.• Personally wrote 3 published articles and 4 chapters and chapter introductions of books.

Saw the wonder of God's presence move in the hearts of so many people in these early days at Harvest. It was a great privilege to minister alongside of James MacDonald, Rick Donald and other great leaders. I oversaw a host of awesome friends, musicians, artists, sound technicians and servants who faithfully led people into His presence week after week after glorious week. I also initiated Harvest's missions emphasis being privileged to lead our first short-term missions team to Vienna, Austria and help solidify our long-standing partnership with PIONEERS.

Led a group of very talented and committed volunteers to minister to the spiritual needs of a fantastic collection of young people.
