Starting out working in my parent's service station, I learnt hard work and customer service early on. I earned a position working at Teletronics at the age of 18, working full time and studying at nights to receive my ACRS license - which started my 10 year career in the telecommunications industry. I then moved away from the Telecommunications industry into the vehicle hire industry, where I saw the delays in paper invoicing and issues with paper forms, I was part of a team that transitioned to electronic invoicing and also hired a developer to build a custom made rental system for your needs and have continued to assist in improving and making the system more powerful and extra features. I then started at Move it Rentals as the fleet manager and also the main trainer, I then became director, which means I travel all over Australia doing training sessions at the Masters stores, as well as running the day to day parts of the business including purchasing new vehicles. Since the closure of Masters I have had a few different job roles, including training long term unemployed, which required my to get my Cert 4 in training and assessing,I undertook some training and started working with Andrew from Brighton Reticulation, I than ran his company while he went around Australia, when he returned he kept me on as a sub contractor working part time for him, he then encouraged me to step out and purchase Mr Retic when it came up for sale.I then purchased Mr Retic from Bede Anderson in Mar 22 and I have been running it ever since, we are in the process of expanding our online presence, while still delivering our great service to our customers.
