Started by driving wholesale deliveries, then took on the development of a work process to be able to facilitate online home delivery orders a few weeks after starting that, also started delivering these residential orders. Started working more actively in the kitchen producing and packing the donuts for wholesale.

I handle the day to day functions of the Print Services department, and ensure my co-workers in the department are also following the necessary duties of the department. If any of our equipment went down it is my responsibility to ensure the repair call goes out. I also make orders to replenish our supplies as needed to ensure we can continue to function. Worked with a small team, where my primary responsibility was to perform the needed repairs on client devices. Mostly iPhones, and mostly screen repairs. In addition I also ran the store by myself as needed, which included opening the storefront, taking in client devices, charging clients for the repairs, performing the needed repairs, handling the client picking up their devices, and closing the store at the end of the day, ensuring the till was properly counted and balanced where it needed to be at the end of every night. Left this role early to explore a new opportunity I was unexpectedly offered.

I was hired to provide Tier 2 tech support for Comcast customers, but it wasn't ultimately a good fit. Left the company so shortly after beginning because my training left me unprepared for the types of calls I received. My skills at this time mostly centered around providing technical support and diagnosing problems on the client's machines. The majority of my early calls were customer service-related issues outside the scope of my skill set at this time, which is the reason I ended up not fitting into this position at the time.
