I have 30 years of information technology experience, mainly around voice communication solutions, contact center solutions, software development, and cloud sales support. I spent many of these years in design, requirements gathering, configuration, development, and implementation of the largest vendor products in the voice and contact center market. I have been the team lead that deployed tens of thousands of contact center agents, developed self-service applications, and provided peace of mind for many of the top organizations in the world. Eight years ago, I moved into sales support as a top-level technical and consultative resource, helping some of the largest sales organizations in the IT market. During this time, I always helped my sales executive teammates meet their targets so that they recognized the optimum level of commission revenue. I continue to challenge myself by currently working on my MBA and moving 100% into sales over the next few years. I also want to start teaching at the community college level in to my golden years to give back what I have learned across IT engineering and sales.
