In the current experience based economy, effortless and personalized communications with customers are more important than ever.  As a core area for customer engagements, my passion is to help guide clients through the often confusing and murky waters of siloed interactions to the idyllic state of human based Omnichannel interactions.I was the co-founder and a principal at Integrated Access Solutions (IAS), recently acquired by Avtex, a TTEC Digital Company – an end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) consulting and technology company - where we have the pleasure of meeting with management and executive teams every day helping them realize that with the proper CX vision, technology solutions and ongoing support, our team can help deliver the experiences required to differentiate their brands. Over the last 30+ years, I have helped thousands of businesses from SME to Fortune 100 achieve their desired state, always mindful of budget and their vision. We help clients with traditional project based deployments as well as assisting those seeking an integrated CX roadmap to either get more from their current investments or to evaluate and execute new initiatives. TTEC Digital delivers consulting and customized CX solutions built on internal IP and technology from our platform partners. We have the technical depth to implement business applications to meet the needs of our clients, while bringing innovation to each engagement through our ISV partnerships, existing TTEC Digital IP or custom development.  We have a breadth of experience across a number of industries, and bring over 30 years of contact center experience to help usher in the next paradigm of customer experiences.    The few hours a day that I am not working hard for TTEC Digital and my clients, I love to spend time with my 4 wonderful daughters and nerdy PhD wife of 31 years. I compete in CrossFit competitions and open water swims. I love backpacking in the high sierras exploring the back country with my family, and I love to read.
