Project lead working in the Niobrara Shale in Greater Area. Duties include supervision of agents and contractors acquiring surface real estate, facilities and rights- of- way, document preparation, negotiations, title review, project closing, invoice billing review, survey coordination, and utilization of computer systems involved in job functions, such as DSM, SAP, Google Earth, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Tobin.

Work in the Eagle Ford Shale as a project lead with duties that include supervision of agents and contractors acquiring surface real estate, facilities and rights- of- way, document preparation, negotiations, title review, project closing, invoice billing review, survey coordination, and utilization of computer systems involved in job functions, such as DSM, SAP, Google Earth, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Tobin.

Worked in San Juan Basin in the areas of property, taxes, real estate, right-of-way and claims. Specific duties related to identifying well locations, negotiating with fee, state, and federal land owners, stake holder engagement, managing property tax issues, purchase real estate, draft contracts, analyze title, process claims, customer service, policy implementation, and construction planning. Member of philanthropic committee.

Worked in the San Juan Basin for several major energy companies. Negotiated the execution of oil and gas leases, oil and gas lease extensions, rights-of-way, underground utility easements, permitting well sites, gas service agreements, and title work. Negotiated with property owners to successfully complete a gas service conversion project (natural gas taps to propane). Resolved issues associated with basic oil and gas company property owner relations.

Established and managed a new branch office in Durango, Colorado. Reported to the company owner with responsibility for building new business contacts, finding new leads, obtaining project financing, researching property titles, writing contracts, buying office and building supplies, supervising home remodels, acquiring and evaluating financial reports, qualifying buyers, and general office operations. Negotiated all aspects of numerous home purchases and sales. Successfully launched a mailing campaign by researching potential clients at county court houses.
