With more than three decades of culinary experience in the areas of confectionary R & D and chef owned farm to table restaurants, my comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products coupled with my culinary background has given me the ability to anticipate new product trends and create products that customers want. Now in my new role as Director of Culinary for Proper Cannabis, I plan on taking these decades of experience and applying to the world of cannabis edibles. In order for a company to be successful, it must see the world through the eyes of the customer.
