I am an insurance consultant/risk manager with Neis Insurance Agency and I'm based in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. One of the most frustrating and annoying things about insurance is the lack of openness from agents, boiler plate policies that may not cover the client properly, and lack of knowledge about other potential risks facing a client because the agent doesn't listen. We don't work that way. We learn about the client, classify the risk properly, ask questions about potential exposures, and create a policy and price that works for each important customer we have the pleasure of working with.

I was a commercial credit analyst, underwriting various commercial loans ranging from real estate development and stabilized real estate to business lines of credit and equipment loans.
