As lead data scientist my responsibilities included sourcing, cleaning, transforming, and administering a database for the most comprehensive dataset of reported global climate change mitigation measures and policies. I was also responsible for research question analysis and visualization creation. As a researcher my role includes defining database schema and query architecture while managing the development of a live site for interacting with and querying the database.

I was part of a technical team within a consulting group that builds software and web app solutions for environmental government agencies. We built Human Exposure Model 4(HEM4)—an air pollutant dispersion modeling application for the EPA.

I was responsible for research, policy advocacy, and education on scientific and academic frameworks in group behavior and culture. My areas of focus included cultural intervention models, responding to racial and gender bias and instances of sexual pressure. Activities included researching the intersection of alcohol and sexual assault on college campuses, collecting, managing and writing reports for datasets on student behaviors and working on a team of fellows that used research and relevant student data to develop and implement educational resources and Title IX policy recommendations.I also managed a program of 45 undergraduates and coordinated the administration of yearly mandatory workshops to both first and second year classes in addition to spearheading the creation and facilitation of Yale's first Bias Intervention Training.

I was responsible for teaching science literacy and transferable work skills to a class of 18 high school seniors in the EVOlutions after school program. I also provided college application counseling, resume coaching sessions. My role included coordinating SCICorps, the museum’s visitor engagement and career preparation program in partnership with the EVOlutions Program.

I managed membership protocol and fund disbursement for 30 student groups in addition to coordinating and planning key cultural center events for the Yale community.
