With broad-ranging experience in sectors as diverse as government, NGOs, nonprofits, and consulting, I bring a unique perspective to my work. My time in the United States Army has defined who I am, both personally and professionally. I understand the importance of devising a clear and straightforward plan, and I also have the ability to break down those plans into actionable steps. I know that leaders who serve are leaders who drive real results. Currently an operations and plans officer with the US Army, I lead initiatives that improve synergies between the US and South Korean military. I manage two direct reports and a budget of more than $8M, and I serve as a catalyst for efficiency for both nations’ militaries. My earlier roles were as varied as chief of staff for a nonprofit with the mission of supporting elite athletes to project delivery manager with a Big 4 Firm. The constant among these disparate positions and industries is my core trait of leading with integrity.
