Spearheaded Program and Project Management delivery of several critical and strategic technology platforms and products, including bank’s mortgage system, SWIFT International Wire System, Real Time Payments (RTP) System, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform. Recognized as delivery expert and able to lead the most challenging initiatives.•Led $24MM Agile Program implementing Real Time Payments (RTP) platform in conjunction with 12 other US Banks, establishing first new US payment rail in 20 years. Led 20 releases across 7 pods with 120 resources. Managed budget and numerous vendor contracts and relationships to deliver program successfully and transition to newly formed Agile organization.•Oversaw delivery of 3 complex projects within $15MM mortgage system re-platform program, resulting in a modernized platform meeting new government regulations. •Managed Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project on time and on budget after joining in red status and under considerable time and cost pressure. Delivered platform supporting 200 software robots across 200 virtual desktops, resulting in $5 million plus in annual benefits.•Orchestrated Swift Wire system re-platform on time and on budget after joining in red status and in jeopardy of meeting deadline per divestiture agreement between RBS and Citizens. •Headed 40k online bank account deconversion meeting 5-month contractual deadline to divest 56 bank branches. Led team over many hurdles and much ambiguity to deliver.
