I serve as the Worship Pastor for ONE Church, Concord Outpost. Here I contribute to the overall vision of the church and it's various outposts via collaboration with their respective Worship Pastors and team leads. I develop and lead worship teams, and lead worship on Sunday morning Thursday evening services.

Building a growing a Gospel Music Program and Choir, the first of it's kind in the University's 80 year history.-Established and named the Gospel Choir "The Voices of Hope"-Responsible for maintaing the budget, building the infrastructure, recruiting new choir members and further developing the music program. -Work closely with the Multicultural Affairs Department to effectively market the gospel choir-Teaching songs to the choir as well as applying training methods for musical and spiritual growth-Arranging all of the material for the choir

Taught songs of worship to a choir ages 13 to 24Presented new songs periodically for the entire congregation as well a for special performance opportunities
