Served as the Operations Supervisor for the Army G-4. Directed and coordinated the development, promulgation, and implementation of complex Army logistics management activities. Coordinated and worked with the Army G-4 Sergeant Major to establish the first all senior leader sustainment symposium that created a support channel and blueprint to reinforce the field for critical theater unit mission readiness. Trained and facilitated the water treatment employees for the Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit (ROWPU) Rodeo competition resulting in a 1st place finish for one section team.
