Returned to work in May 2020 after 4.5 years sickness absence due to cEDS; currently working on internal projectsNHS- Led the development of interview, observation and facilitation skills training for the NHS Keogh Review (the mortality review into 14 underperforming trusts) delivering training to senior clinicians- Designed leadership/board development workshops based on psychometric and behavioural profiling tools for Clinical Commissioning Group boards in South England- Developed the collaboration agreement for the a group of six CCGsFinancial Services- Managed the L&D team in India and Warsaw for a global bank as project lead for £1m/annum engagement, delivering training interventions across the board (communication skills, Train the Trainer, continuous improvement, etc.) including recruiting the new 7-person L&D function and delivering coaching to management and production staff on development and interpersonal skills.- Developed a global upskilling and accreditation framework for trainers across the Know Your Customer division of a global bank- Designed and implemented competency frameworks and career paths for all roles within the Know Your Customer Anti-Money Laundering function at a global bank- Developed competency and training frameworks for a global bank’s second line of defence compliance function - Psychometric-led development programmes for senior executives in two global banksCentral Government- Designed a programme for 2,400 tax professionals: responsibilities included design of nine half-day elective modules, and overall management of project risk, quality, value (including budgets) Oil and Gas- Designed training for the top 250 CFOs at a global oil and gas organisation – a 6 month blended learning programme incorporating a 3-day classroom event. As a blended course, this also included scripting, voiceovers and production management for a “news story” video on CFO-relevant issues
