I love helping others to do their best work and bring a strong sense of compassion, patience, and warmth to those I work alongside.I'm looking for opportunities to have an impact, to learn, grow, and be challenged. To create something of value and make everything I touch at least a little better than how I found it. My main wish is to be challenged and supported.I thrive in environments where I am far from being the smartest person in the room, where I get to be inquisitive and share in the ownership of a problem, where I can get deep into the problem space and learn from domain experts, eventually becoming one myself.
