Some of my key achievements included the following:★ Project-managed the decommissioning of a document management application (Intergraph “SmartPlant Foundation”) leading to significant annual cost savings of over $800k.★ Worked with a range of colleagues on the divestiture of the PSM business unit to seed the ground for an acquisition of Alstom Power based on a regulatory directive.★ Coordinated numerous on-site and remote resources as a key liaison and point of contact.★ Maintained project milestones and benchmarks to ensure that critical workstreams were continually aligned with high-level corporate objectives and stated deliverables.★ Collaborated with a team to manage the divestiture of the Alstom Steam Aux business for €700m.★ Led the decommissioning of an Engineering Application and the migration to a new solution (“Aveva”) resulting in cost savings of $500k+ while mitigating risks.
