David combines extensive experience in high-level corporate positions in multinational companies with in-depth psychological counselling expertise.Before coming to China in 2016, David worked, as a consultant and auditor, with leaders and executives in more than 30 countries around the world to support their operations, help them making decisions in M&A situations, and engage in change management post-acquisition and restructuring operations as well as assessing business risks.Now, David works as a Psychological Counsellor and Executive Coach for individuals and companies. As a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS), accredited to perform psychotherapy, and an accredited coach at the International Coach Federation (ICF), David leverages his background in psychology, using cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques, Gestalt therapy methods, and person-centered therapeutic techniques in his psychological counselling practice and his coaching practice.
