The primary responsibility is the development and delivery of employer outreach to increase their awareness of UCLA student talent and to significantly grow and diversify new employer participation in recruitment activities, thus substantially increasing opportunities for students and eligible alumni.

- Manage the reception area to effectively provide services to all students, employers, alumni, and visitors- Refer students and alumni to appropriate career center and university resources- Conduct a brief screen to assign the most effective use of counselor appointments- Assist with scheduling of counseling appointments through our BruinView™ system - Provide administrative support to our directors and counseling unit staff- Review and approve job postings, resumes, and letters of reference - Serve on the strategic planning committee - Cultivate relationships with alumni through special events and speaker series- Photograph events and student headshots for LinkedIn
