Responsible for the acquisition, configuration, installation, troubleshooting and repair of all network and communication systems for 8 offices across 5 states and 75+ users. This included telephones, plasma screen displays, cameras, copiers, printers, network equipment, cabling, network design, and cellular phones. Integrated numerous disparate systems from different offices and acquisitions. Collaborated with software developer to improve `as-is' processes resulting in a dramatic headcount reduction and thus cost savings. Coordinated the data migration from antiquated database to the replacement solution; SAP Business One / MSSQL 2005. Redesigned business processes in line with new SAP Business One software including freight rating, automatic purchase order generation, forms and reports. Tracking and reporting website traffic statistics including web advertising campaigns.
