Responsible for arranging and scheduling 18 Field Site Managers during training evolutions to maintain good order and movement of Foreign Language Speaker (FLS) from pickup station in San Diego, CA to National Training Center (NTC) Ft. Irwin, CA. Assisted Field Site Managers in developing staffing plans, work schedules, role assignments and time lines for all FLS. Reported weekly on the project status and project accomplishments to Deputy Program Manager. Submitted weekly and end of mission reports to Operations in a timely fashion. Periodically conducted analysis on the effectiveness of training within the mock villages while coaching, teaching and mentoring Field Site Managers. Responsibilities included managing a diverse workforce of military, linguist and contractors in an integrated environment to resolve work issues and ensure quality control. As the Logistic Manager I also oversaw and assisted in any personnel issues a FLS may have encountered while working in the mock villages. Responsible for interviews, selection of new employees, quality of performance, performance appraisals, correspondence, counseling of employees, and coordination of personnel actions with pertinent corporate officials.
