Implementation included HRIS integration to Workday and electronic payments (ACH) integration to Wells Fargo Bank preparing the company's enterprise tech stack for a successful IPO in 2017.Designed all aspects of an e-commerce/ERP/software license management system integration. Developed an API endpoint and business logic in server-side SuiteScript to receive/parse/process over 5 million streaming JSON payloads a month over HTTPS using MapReduce technology across 15 parallel processing queues to support required SLA's. Managed all launch activities leading up to a worldwide roll-out under a tight timeline.

Origin Consulting offered business and technology consulting services to both new and veteran entrepreneurs alike. My capabilities included business software implementation, IT support, web development, and strategy consulting.I did pro-bono work for social causes. In 2011, I led a team of 5 MBA classmates to implement a cloud financial management system in a remote village in Ghana called Ofankor. The village just recently had cellular internet installed and the system was designed to track microloans provided to female entrepreneurs.

I was hired as the first employee and worked closely with the founders to create a successful surgical laser manufacturing business out of a garage over 7 years. I built a team of 16 employees across procurement, shipping & receiving, production, service, and IT with 5 direct reports. My primary focus was leading strategic initiatives to implement new tools and technologies to scale the business.My position allowed me to gain leadership and team building experience across many functional areas. I implemented ISO 9001 standard operating procedures, installed clean rooms and near-vacuum laser processing equipment, deployed on-premise/cloud IT infrastructure, platforms, and software, developed critical vendor relationships, built supply/demand planning models, and defined OKRs with senior leadership. I also worked closely with accounting, sales, marketing, and customer support to tightly integrate and automate processes.
