Using various AWS services we have built responsive web sites, scalable API servers, and serverless data analytics engine. On top of the technology stack, we helped build the business processes to serve their clients in the field and the boardroom. Shear Frac Group has grown from a start up to an industry leader in real-time completion technology.From desktop to mobile devices, Shear Frac Group can now pull real-time field data, run advanced Fracing analysis, and display the results so completion engineers can increase the productivity of every stage while saving money on fluid and stage time.Previously, I lead an R&D software team developing an Angular 5 web application with a .NET core server and SQL Server database. It includes a RESTful API, WebSockets, and an OData layer for business analytics. Online and offline web browsing allows the web application to work on desktops and mobile devices for remote data gathering.Earlier projects involved object-oriented programming, Java, Eclipse SWT, Eclipse RCP, Swing, Scum, C++, high-performance computing, user interfaces, and working with end-users.Over the years I have used various combinations of technology. I've always spent the time to master the lastest proven technology needed to deliver results. From desktop solutions using Eclipse and IntelliJ to modern cloud-based solutions using Vue, Node.js, and Python running on various AWS services.
